How to transition from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4 HANA

SAP S/4HANA transformation includes migrating from an old SAP ERP system, such as SAP ECC, which runs on-premise, to SAP’s simplified S/4HANA business suite, hosted either on-premise, in the cloud, or as a hybrid.
